We are looking for a dedicated and highly responsive Delivery Executive to manage the time-critical and safe transport of medical devices. Because surgeries are often unscheduled, this role requires a candidate who understands that "on-time delivery" means saving a life. You will be the primary link between our warehouse and hospital operating theaters.

Key Responsibilities

• Emergency Response: Maintain a high state of readiness to pick up and deliver stents to hospitals immediately upon request, including on-call shifts during nights or weekends.

• Documentation Handling: Ensure all delivery challans and patient-specific consumption forms are signed by hospital staff and returned to the billing department.

• Product Integrity: Handle sensitive, high-value medical devices with extreme care, ensuring packaging remains sterile and intact during transit.

• Inventory Collection: Post-surgery, promptly collect unused "consignment" stock from hospitals and return it to the distributor for reconciliation.

• Route Optimization: Use GPS and local knowledge to find the fastest possible routes to the hospitals, bypassing traffic to meet surgical deadlines.

  • There is no minimum qualification for this position.

  • Candidates must be an expert in route planning, time management and customer interaction

  • Prior experience in delivery roles will be an added advantage.
