Delivery Boy

We are looking for a Delivery Boy to join our team at Zepto Private Limited who can deliver food/grocery from warehouse to given address. The role requires pick up and drop off of items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. Candidates must be polite and prompt with responses to provide clients with an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.

• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct and handed to the right customer.

• Accepting payments for delivered items, if applicable.

• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.

• Following all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 2 years of experience. Other skills requirements like time management and customer service are important. Attention to detail and experience in the same field is a plus.
