Pickup & Delivery
Collect shipments from the office/warehouse.
Deliver parcels to customers as per the assigned route and schedule.
Ensure zero missed deliveries without a valid reason.
Time Management
Reach customer locations on time.
Complete deliveries within the defined shift/route timeline.
Shipment Handling & Safety
Handle shipments carefully to avoid any damage.
Verify addresses, contact details, and ensure proper handover of parcels.
Documentation & Reporting
Collect necessary proof of delivery (signatures, OTP, slips, etc.).
Submit daily delivery reports (completed/pending with reasons).
Inform Ops team immediately if delivery cannot be completed.
Customer Interaction
Maintain polite and professional behavior with customers.
Wear official ID card visibly during deliveries.
Inform customers in case of delays or issues.
Coordination with Ops Manager
Report any issues or discrepancies immediately.
Submit collected slips, tokens, or cash (if applicable) to the Ops Manager.
