Position: Delivery & Admin Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery & Admin Executive to support our daily courier operations. The ideal candidate will manage deliveries while also handling basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Operations

• Pick up and deliver courier parcels safely and on time.

• Coordinate with clients regarding pickups, deliveries and shipment updates.

• Maintain delivery records and collect proof of delivery.

• Ensure proper handling and timely transportation of parcels.

• Plan efficient delivery routes to meet service timelines.

• Report any delivery-related issues or delays to the operations team.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain courier booking, dispatch, and delivery records.

• Update shipment details using MS Excel or internal software.

• Prepare invoices, receipts, and delivery documentation.

• Handle filing, documentation, and record management.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.

• Assist with inventory management of office and packaging supplies.

• Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

Requirements

• 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).

• Honest, punctual, and customer-focused.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• It is a Full Time డెలివరీ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
