Delivery Boy

Role Overview

As a Delivery Associate at Fresh Hook, you will be responsible for ensuring premium seafood/Chicken reaches our customers safely, promptly, and in perfect condition. Riding two-wheelers, you represent the courteous and dependable face of Fresh Hook on the road.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and deliver seafood orders to clients and businesses on time.

• Review orders before and after delivery to confirm accuracy, correct charges, and proper handover to the right customer.

• Collect payments for delivered items when required.

• Adhere to all traffic and transportation laws while maintaining a clean driving record.

• Prepare delivery reports and related documentation with accuracy.

• Provide polite, professional, and customer-focused interactions on every delivery.

Requirements

• Valid two-wheeler driving license. ( Delivery bike/scooter will be provided)

• Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions.

• Basic smartphone skills for order tracking and communication.

• Commitment to punctuality, safety, and reliability.

Compensation Structure

• Fixed Pay:

Incentive Policy

• Any performance beyond 12 deliveries in a single day or exceeding 80 km of travel in a day will qualify for additional incentives.

• Incentives will be calculated at ₹20 for each delivery above the 12‑delivery threshold or ₹6 per km beyond 80 km, whichever is higher.

• It is a Full Time డెలివరీ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
