Job Description:
ResourceCraft is seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Associates to join our team in Kanpur. The role involves timely delivery and pickup of goods while ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Compensation:

• Per-order delivery-based payout

• Weekly payment cycle

• Earning potential: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and pick up goods accurately and within stipulated timelines

• Ensure orders are complete and handed over to the correct recipients

• Handle loading and unloading of items with proper care

• Collect payments when required and maintain proper documentation

• Interact with customers professionally and address queries politely

• Follow assigned routes and adhere to traffic rules and safety guidelines

• Maintain records of deliveries, including time, location, and receipts

Job Requirements:

• Basic English reading ability

• Good knowledge of the local area (Kanpur)

• Valid driving license and ability to ride a bike

• Strong time management and reliability

• Good customer service and communication skills

• Familiarity with navigation tools (Google Maps, etc.) is preferred

• Prior delivery experience will be an added advantage
