A delivery boy/driver is responsible for safely, accurately, and timely transporting packages, food, or goods from a business or hub directly to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Transporting Goods: Following assigned routes to deliver items safely and on time.

• Navigation: Using GPS or local street knowledge to find efficient paths.

• Customer Interaction: Greeting customers politely and confirming order details.

• Payment Collection: Handling cash or digital payments and getting delivery signatures.

• Vehicle Upkeep: Performing basic checks on fuel, tires, and overall vehicle condition.

Requirements & Skills

• License: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift packages and handle various weather conditions.

• Time Management: Strong punctuality and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.

• Communication: Basic interpersonal skills for dealing with customers and dispatchers.
