Delivery Boy job for Big Basket

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver grocery orders safely and on time to customers’ locations

• Verify order details before delivery

• Collect cash/digital payments where required and submit them as per company process

• Maintain delivery vehicle in good condition

• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules

• Handle products carefully to avoid damage

• Provide polite and professional service to customers

• Report delivery issues or delays to the supervisor

Eligibility / Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass (preferred)

• Valid two-wheeler driving license

• Own two-wheeler (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of smartphone usage (apps, GPS, calls)

• Physically fit to handle grocery loads

• Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly

Work Timings:

• Shift-based (Day/Night shifts as per requirement)
