Position: Delivery cum Office Assistant

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday

• 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

• Includes 1-hour lunch break

Job Responsibilities

Morning Activities

• Visit existing customers and companies to maintain business relationships.

• Conduct basic field marketing activities and introduce our products and services to potential customers.

• Follow up with regular customers regarding their requirements and enquiries.

Afternoon Activities

• Deliver products, accessories, and serviced machines to customers.

• Collect machines from customer locations for service and repair.

• Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.

Office Responsibilities

• Update daily sales and purchase records in Excel.

• Maintain daily work diary and activity reports.

• Prepare and send quotations for customer enquiries.

• Assist with general office administration and coordination activities.

• Support the team in maintaining customer records and documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Good communication and customer handling skills.

• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

• Valid driving license preferred.

• Ability to travel locally for customer visits and deliveries.
