We are looking for reliable and energetic Delivery Associates to join Flipkart Minutes, responsible for delivering groceries and essentials to customers within short time frames. The role requires efficiency, punctuality, and good customer service skills.

••Key Responsibilities:••

• Pick up orders from designated Flipkart Minutes hubs/dark stores

• Deliver orders to customers within the promised time (usually 10–30 minutes)

• Use navigation apps to find optimal delivery routes

• Ensure safe handling of items, especially fragile or perishable goods

• Collect payments (if applicable) and update delivery status via the app

• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers

• Follow company safety and delivery protocols

••Requirements:••

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass (higher preferred)

• Valid driving license (for bike/scooter riders)

• Own smartphone with internet access

• Familiarity with local routes and traffic conditions

• Good communication and time-management skills

• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

••Preferred Qualifications:••

• Prior experience in delivery/logistics is a plus

• Basic understanding of mobile apps and GPS navigation
