📍 Job Summary:

A Delivery Boy is responsible for picking up items from warehouses, restaurants, or stores and delivering them to customers efficiently while ensuring good customer service and timely delivery.

🚚 Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up orders from the assigned location (warehouse, store, or restaurant)

• Deliver packages to customers’ addresses within the given time

• Verify delivery details like address and contact information

• Collect payments (cash, card, or digital) if required

• Maintain records of deliveries and payments

• Handle packages carefully to avoid damage

• Follow traffic rules and ensure safe driving

• Communicate with customers politely and professionally

• Report any issues (delays, damaged goods, wrong address) to the supervisor

🧠 Skills & Requirements:

• Basic education (10th/12th pass usually sufficient)

• Valid driving license (for bike/scooter)

• Good knowledge of local routes and navigation apps (like Google Maps)

• Time management and punctuality

• Basic communication skills

• Physically fit and able to handle packages
