We are looking for a Delivery Boy to join our team Metla Service Pvt.Ltd to manage deliveries efficiently. The role involves transporting items safely while maintaining a high standard of customer service. The position offers a monthly salary of 19500 to 24500. Candidates must ensure accurate and timely pickups and drop-offs, contributing to a seamless delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery & Logistics: Pick up and deliver items to customers, plan optimal routes, meet delivery targets.
Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, answer queries, collect payments/signatures, resolve complaints.
Package Handling: Load/unload carefully, secure packages, prevent damage.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs, track deliveries, report discrepancies.
