Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders to the assigned locations in a timely and professional manner.

• Safely transport food, groceries, medicines, and other products while maintaining product quality.

• Verify order details and customer addresses before delivery.

• Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments and submit them according to company procedures.

• Update delivery status through the mobile app or delivery management system.

• Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-friendly attitude at all times.

• Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Report delivery issues, customer complaints, or operational challenges to the supervisor.

• Follow all company policies, traffic regulations, and safety guidelines.

• Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, functional, and well-maintained.

• Meet daily delivery targets and performance standards.

• Obtain delivery confirmation and customer feedback when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Valid driving license.

• Own bike/scooter with necessary documents.

• Basic knowledge of smartphone usage, GPS, and navigation apps.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
