Shipment Sorting & Route Mapping

Accurate Classification: Sorting incoming and outgoing couriers, letters, and parcels accurately based on PIN codes, zones, cities, or specific delivery routes.

Rider Allocation: Ensuring that the correct parcels are assigned to the designated delivery executives (riders) to avoid any wrong deliveries.

2. Scanning and System Data Entry

Inward/Outward Scanning: Scanning the barcodes of all shipments using handheld scanners or mobile apps to update the real-time tracking status in the system.

Discrepancy Reporting: Identifying and reporting any mismatch between the physical parcels received and the digital manifest (list)
