Key Responsibilities:

Pick up parcels from the warehouse or dispatch center.
Deliver packages to customers at the assigned addresses.
Verify customer details and collect signatures or OTP for delivery confirmation.
Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) payments when required.
Maintain delivery records and update delivery status in the system or app.
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
Ensure parcels are delivered safely without damage.
Communicate with customers regarding delivery status if needed.

Requirements:

Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass.
Valid driving license (two-wheeler).
Own bike or company-provided vehicle (depending on company policy).
Basic knowledge of using a smartphone and GPS navigation.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Physically fit and able to carry parcels.
