Courier Delivery

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Courier Executive to manage and oversee the handling, tracking, and delivery of company parcels. The ideal candidate will ensure that all courier operations run smoothly, parcels are handled with care, and deliveries are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing parcels.

• Ensure safe handling and proper packaging of all shipments.

• Coordinate with delivery personnel and courier partners for timely dispatch and delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and returns.

• Track parcels and update delivery status regularly.

• Resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and courier procedures.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding shipment updates.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred).

• Prior experience in courier/logistics or delivery operations is an advantage.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Basic computer knowledge for tracking and documentation.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle packages responsibly and efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with courier management systems.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and accountability.
