Responsible for leading all EV workshop operations, ensuring high-quality service, battery diagnostics, vehicle repairs, customer satisfaction, and compliance with EV safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily EV service workshop operations.
Supervise EV technicians and service staff.
Ensure proper diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of electric vehicles.
Monitor battery health checks, charging systems, and electrical components.
Ensure adherence to EV safety protocols and OEM service guidelines.
Handle technical escalations and customer concerns.
Optimize workshop productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
Track service KPIs and prepare operational reports.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, or Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in EV or automobile service operations.
Strong knowledge of EV systems, batteries, motors, controllers, and charging infrastructure.
Excellent leadership, technical, and customer service skills.
