Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Record customer interactions in the system.

Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

Follow company policies, quality standards, and call handling procedures.

Achieve daily productivity and performance targets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in the preferred language.

Basic English communication is an added advantage.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a team environment.
