Lane Consultancy is looking for a Collection Executive (Voice Process) to join our team. The role involves contacting customers regarding their outstanding loan balances, managing follow-ups, and maintaining proper communication to ensure timely payments.

The candidate will also be responsible for handling customer concerns, providing accurate information about dues, and submitting daily reports to the reporting manager. Key Responsibilities:
