Voice Process Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers

• Provide accurate information about products/services

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns efficiently

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

• Update customer records in CRM systems

• Follow company guidelines and quality standards

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Good listening and problem-solving ability

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible to work in night shifts (US/UK/Australian shifts)

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / Undergraduate can apply

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

• Prior BPO/Customer Support experience is a plus
