About the Role

We are looking for confident and articulate Voice Process Executives with strong communication skills in English and Hindi. The candidate will be responsible for handling voice-based interactions, understanding customer/user queries, providing accurate information, and maintaining professional communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in English and Hindi.

• Communicate with customers/users clearly, politely, and professionally.

• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate information.

• Maintain good call etiquette and professional communication.

• Listen actively and respond to customer requirements effectively.

• Record and update call-related information accurately.

• Escalate complex or sensitive queries to the appropriate team.

• Maintain defined quality and productivity standards.

• Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi is mandatory.

• Good pronunciation, voice clarity, and listening skills.

• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Confident and professional approach to handling calls.

• Ability to communicate information clearly and accurately.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate with strong communication skills can apply.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Indian culture, traditions, temples, and pilgrimage destinations.

• Interest in Indian history, culture, mythology, and heritage.

• Previous experience in voice process, BPO, customer support, telecalling, or similar roles.

• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and confidently.
