• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Communicate clearly with clients and resolve queries efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Achieve performance targets and quality benchmarks

Requirements:

• Prior experience in voice process/customer support

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Good listening and problem-solving abilities

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
