Job Title: Customer Support Executive ( voice process)

Location: Tin Factory, Bangalore

Interview location: Jayanagar

Salary: 18,000 to 20,000 (In Hand) +22,000 to 24,000 CTC

Work from home after 3 months along with Laptops

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for Voice process to join our team in Tin Factory, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, billing, and complaints.

Log all customer interactions accurately in the system.

Key Requirements:

Minimum qualification: PUC (12th pass) or any Graduate.

Good communication skills in English, Kannada and any regional languages

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Work Details:

Working Days: 6 days Of working and 1 rotational week off

Shift timings: For Males- 6 AM to 11.30 PM (any 9 hrs of work)

For Females - 6am to 7 pm between that 9 hours work
