Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively call or follow up with clients whose insurance policies require a medical examination for activation.
· Clearly explain the importance and benefits of the medical check-up in the insurance approval process.
· Address any client concerns, objections, or misconceptions about medical tests with accurate information.
· Coordinate appointments between clients and authorized medical testing centers or diagnostic labs.
· Track appointment completion and follow up to ensure all medical reports are submitted on time.
· Maintain accurate records of communications and appointments in CRM systems.
· Collaborate with underwriting and customer service teams to resolve any delays or issues.
· Educate clients about policy timelines and next steps after medicals are done.
