As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and support across a range of queries and concerns. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction through efficient, empathetic, and effective problem resolution—taking full ownership of the customer experience wherever possible.
Provide high-quality customer service through voice, email, or chat support.
Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact (First Call Resolution – FCR).
Take ownership of issues, perform necessary research, and ensure timely follow-up.
Route complex queries to the appropriate department if needed.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
Contribute to team goals and maintain individual performance metrics.
Understand and contribute to Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores and other KPIs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
Understanding of CSAT and FCR metrics.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Willingness to work in UK/US rotational shifts.
