Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

Outbound Calling: Making calls to prospective customers to generate leads with rested customers.
Loan Product Explanation: Explaining loan schemes, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and benefits to customers.
Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for loan.
Documentation & Processing: Assisting customers with loan application, online document collection, verification, and ensuring smooth, fast disbursement of loan.
