We are looking for a Australian Voice Process to join our team Concentrix. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to technology and business services, Customer Experience and Business Transformation Services . The role offers In Hand Salary is upto 27000 in hand and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a Semi-Technical Customer Support profile
Troubleshoot Cable Box issues
Resolve Internet & Wi-Fi password issues
Assist with Landline connectivity problems
Handle Billing queries
Perform Upselling where applicable

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is HSE and 12 months of Experience in BPO. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to 5 days in a week during the Australian shift.
