Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries through chat support
• Provide accurate and professional resolutions
• Support customers with service and sales-related requests
• Maintain high-quality communication standards

Eligibility Criteria:
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Excellent spoken and written English communication required
• Strong grammar and typing skills mandatory
• C1 level English proficiency preferred
• 10+3 Diploma / HSC / Any Graduate
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts
