We are hiring Customer Support Executives for voice and non-voice processes. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through calls, chats, emails, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries through chat and email support
Provide accurate product and service information
Maintain customer interaction records
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments

Requirements

12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Basic computer knowledge
Typing and email handling skills
