Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) to handle customer interactions over calls. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and delivering quality support. Candidates must be fluent in Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada. English is not mandatory.
Salary & Benefits
Net Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Statutory Benefits: PF & ESI provided
Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to ₹20,000
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls.
Communicate clearly with customers in Malayalam / Telugu / Kannada.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer issues professionally and within defined timelines.
Update customer information accurately in the system.
Follow company processes and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th pass / Any Graduate
Experience:
1 – 4 years of experience in Customer Support, Voice Process, BPO, or Telecalling is preferred.
Skills:
Fluency in Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada (any one language required)
English is not mandatory
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
