Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, accounts, or complaints.

• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

• Upsell / cross-sell products or services where applicable.

• Respond to customer emails and voice support requests (for applicable processes).

• Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

• Achieve productivity and performance targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification as per company norms.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Versant Score: 4 to 6 (for Voice Process).

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage challenges.

• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
