We are looking for a Voice & Non-Voice Customer Support Executive to join our team at Nextgen Manpower Solutions The role offers ₹18000 - ₹40000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to [Edtech]. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Explain products/services and convert inquiries into sales

Generate and qualify leads

Follow up with customers regularly

Maintain accurate customer data and call records

Achieve monthly sales targets

Coordinate with the internal sales team when required

Job Requirements:
