About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.

• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality support.

• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Achieve productivity, quality, and response time targets.

• Follow company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Eligibility Criteria.

• Fresher’s and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.

• Excellent written English communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.

• Willingness to work from the office in rotational shifts.
