Job Description

As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for supporting US healthcare revenue cycle operations through effective communication with insurance companies and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• If Required make outbound calls to US insurance companies to check claim status

• Handle denials management and patient eligibility verification

• Perform insurance follow-ups to ensure timely claim resolution

• Ensure adherence to defined productivity and quality standards

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance guidelines

• Meet daily and monthly performance targets within stipulated timelines

  Candidate Requirements / Qualifications / Skills

Educational Qualification:

• Graduates from any discipline

• 12th Pass candidates may also be considered with 6 months to 1 year of experience

• Exclusions:

  • B.Tech pursuing candidates

  • B. Pharmacy pursuing candidates

    Skills & Competencies:

• Good command over English (spoken and written)

• Willingness to work in night shifts

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Computer proficiency with basic applications

• Good listening and comprehension skills

• Ability to work in a process-driven environment

Experience:

• Freshers are welcome to apply
