Role:
Emergency Response Executive
Department: Safety / OperationsExperience
Required: Minimum 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for emergency and safety-related incidents.
Handle critical situations with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.
Coordinate with internal teams, emergency services, and insurance partners as required.
Ensure timely documentation and follow-up of all emergency cases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: 12th pass or Graduation (Degree).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Mandatory language proficiency: English and Hindi, along with one regional language.
Minimum 6 months of experience in an insurance background, preferably in claims or emergency handling.
