JOB DESCRIPTION – ESCALATION SPECIALIST

Job Title: Escalation Specialist – Voice / Email Process Executive
Department: Customer Support / Operations
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for an Escalation Specialist to handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations through email and voice channels. The candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer service requests and escalations through email and voice.

• Follow up on unresolved customer queries and ensure timely closure.

• Provide accurate and professional responses in line with company policies.

• Maintain response quality and adhere to defined TAT and SLAs.

• Maintain customer confidentiality and data integrity.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to management for process improvement.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 0–2 years in Customer Support / Email / Voice Process.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Typing speed of 30–40 WPM with good accuracy.

• Prior experience in an email or voice process is preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.

• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Work Details

Working Days: 6 days working

• Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off

• Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM / 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

• Work Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Salary & Benefits

• Take-Home Salary: Up to ₹29,000 per month

• CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹4.5 LPA

• Fixed + ₹5,000 Variable
