- *Job Title:* Customer Support Representative

- *Process:* Avalon Voice Process

- *CL 11:* Experienced Only

*Eligibility Criteria:*

- Graduate/Undergraduate degree

- *1 year of experience in BPO/Customer Support domain (Mandatory)*

- Excellent communication skills

- For B.E/B.Tech candidates: 60% marks in graduation required

*Salary Details:*

- CTC: ₹4,00,000 per annum

- Monthly Incentive (MIV): ₹2000

- Take-home salary: ₹26,512 per month

*Selection Process:*

- SVAR B2/56 assessment

- Technical and Logical test (80% score required)

- Typing test (25/90 score required)

- Operations Voice assessment

- Versant test (58 score required)
