Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable communicating with customers in Hindi and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.

• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Communicate professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when required.

• Maintain accurate customer and call-related information.

• Meet process quality and performance targets.

Requirements

• 12th / PUC or Graduation preferred.

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Customer-service-oriented attitude.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Candidates should be willing to work from the Bengaluru location.
