Job Title: Call Center Agent (Voice & Non-Voice)

Location: Mohali / Chandigarh

Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts (6 days working, 1 week off)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Level: Freshers to Experienced

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls (Voice) as per defined process.

• Manage customer queries through emails, chats, or other digital channels (Non-Voice).

• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers in a timely manner.

• Maintain customer records and update databases accurately.

• Ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to call center policies.

• Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when needed.

Required Skills:

• Basic to fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

• Customer-focused with professional phone etiquette.

Additional Information:

• No cab facility provided.

• 6 working days per week with one week off
