Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and engaging Female Inbound Call Executive who can handle incoming calls, interact with customers, and provide a pleasant and satisfying experience. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to keep callers engaged while delivering service or entertainment .

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi/English)

Confident, polite, and pleasant voice tone

Strong listening and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle different types of callers

Quick thinking and presence of mind

Basic smartphone/app handling skills

Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidates only

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above

Freshers & experienced both can apply
