Key Responsibilities:
Conduct live video calls with customers for KYC verification
Verify identity documents and match them with the customer on video
Ensure compliance with RBI and internal KYC guidelines
Address customer Queries Professionally
Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with
onboarding queries
Incumbent will be hired on Bank’s payroll
Incumbent should be ready to work in 9-hour Rotational shift, between
8am and midnight
1 Rotational off will be provided on rotational basis between Monday-
Sunday
