🔹 Job Overview

We are hiring Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) to manage customer relationships through digital channels. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to build a career in banking sales and customer relationship management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Engage with assigned customers through inbound and outbound calls

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products

• Promote digital banking services

• Cross-sell and up-sell banking products such as cards, assets, TPP, etc.

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets

• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems

• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines

• Process customer requests and transactions accurately

🔹 Eligibility

• Graduate in any stream except B.Tech/BE

• Freshers can apply

• Experience: 0–3 years

• Age: 18–30 years

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

• Basic knowledge of banking/financial products

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

🔹 Language Requirements

English is mandatory, along with proficiency in at least one of:

• Hindi

• Kannada

• Tamil

• Malayalam
