Job Title: KYC Executive

Location: Thane – Wagle Estate
Work Days: 5 Days a Week
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a VKYC Executive to handle KYC processes as per company and regulatory guidelines. The candidate will be responsible for verifying customer details tand ensuring accurate documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct KYC for customers as per RBI and company guidelines

• Verify customer identity and documents

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in KYC procedures

• Maintain proper records and reports of KYC activities

• Handle customer queries professionally during the KYC process

• Follow internal SOPs and compliance requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate or HSC pass

• Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in KYC / BFSI operations

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)

• Comfortable with video calls and basic computer operations

• Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in KYC or banking/financial services

• Basic knowledge of KYC norms

• Customer handling skills
