Achieve sales targets and promote packages & add-on services.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and itinerary documents.
Track payments and maintain booking records.
Resolve customer issues quickly and ensure a smooth travel experience.
Support marketing activities and share package updates.
Uphold professional conduct, teamwork, and company guidelines.
Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, and pricing.
