We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Operations Executive to manage end-to-end travel arrangements and support MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle bookings for flights, hotels, and visa processing
Manage MICE operations, including coordination and execution
Deal with clients directly and maintain strong client relationships
Maintain and update Excel sheets, databases, and travel records
Conduct industry research, including venue sourcing, logistics planning, and vendor coordination
Ensure smooth execution of travel plans and events
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless operations
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of travel operations (flight, hotel, visa processes)
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and data management
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Basic understanding of MICE and event coordination is a plus
