• Handle air ticketing (domestic & international) using GDS systems such as Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre

• Book, issue, reissue, cancel, and refund airline tickets as per client requirements

• Manage PNR creation, fare rules, routing, and ticket pricing

• Coordinate with airlines and vendors for schedule changes, upgrades, and special requests

• Handle hotel and travel bookings if required

• Ensure compliance with airline policies, company procedures, and travel regulations

• Provide timely responses to client queries via email, phone, and chat

• Maintain accurate booking records and prepare MIS / reports

• Assist in handling visa, travel insurance, and other travel-related documentation

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time)

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)

• Good knowledge of airline fare rules and ticketing procedures

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

• Customer-focused approach with attention to detail

• Ability to work in shifts (if applicable)

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & email communication

• Ability to handle pressure and multiple bookings efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism (preferred)
