Role & Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end travel operations including booking, ticketing, cancellations & invoicing

  • Handling Corporate, B2B/B2C & MICE operations

  • Coordination with suppliers (hotels, transport, activities) and payment follow-ups

  • Client servicing, escalation handling & ensuring service quality

Mandatory Requirement:

  • Candidates must have prior experience in the Tours & Travel industry (mandatory).
