Job Summary:

Aspire Holidays is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Tour Consultant / Travel Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the travel and tourism industry and be able to assist clients with planning and booking their domestic and international holidays.
Freshers or candidates with prior experience in the tours and travel field are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and suggest suitable holiday packages.

• Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport vendors, and travel partners.

• Manage bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation (visa, insurance, tickets).

• Follow up with clients for payments, confirmations, and feedback.

• Maintain records of leads and conversions.

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure repeat business.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills (English & Tamil mandatory).

• Strong customer service and sales orientation.

• Basic knowledge of travel destinations and holiday packages.

• Computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet).

Qualification & Experience:

• Any Bachelor’s Degree (Tourism / Hospitality preferred).

• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.

Salary:

As per company norms + Incentives based on performance
