Travel Agent

We are looking for a Travel Agent to join our team at Mghr. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Ticket booking. The role offers ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in Amadeus GDS for flight reservations, ticketing, fare display, PNR creation, rebooking, cancellations, and itinerary management.

• Skilled in Galileo GDS (Travelport) for airline bookings, fare quotations, seat selection, ticket issuance, PNR modifications, and customer travel management.

• Familiar with checking flight availability, fare rules, schedules, SSRs (Special Service Requests), OSIs (Other Service Information), and basic ticketing functions.

• Knowledge of domestic and international travel bookings, itinerary creation, and customer support using GDS platforms.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
