Supervise daily bus operations at the site.
Ensure all buses report and depart as per schedule.
Monitor drivers, helpers/conductors and attendance.
Check driver licence, ID, uniform and required documents.
Monitor GPS tracking and route adherence.
Ensure buses are clean, safe and fit for operation.
Check safety equipment, first-aid box, fire extinguisher and seat belts.
Coordinate breakdowns, repairs and replacement vehicles.
Maintain daily trip, attendance, fuel and incident records.
Handle client/site complaints and coordinate for quick resolution.
Conduct regular safety briefings for drivers and helpers.
Prepare daily/weekly transport reports for management.
Ensure compliance with RTO, client and company safety requirements.
